I get this one a LOT from former Bikini athletes who are crossing into Wellness.

Your quarter turns in Wellness are not just bikini poses with more muscle. While we can translate many of the shared aspects of the two poses, they are very distinct from each other, as you’ll see in this video.

Send this to an athlete who’s crossing into Wellness!

Week 10 of the offseason, couldn’t be happier with the way things are movin and the direction we are headed. Executing the simple things daily nothing fancy just work consistently day to day. Got a lot of time to keep growing and come back improved to the stage for 2027 and to be competitive against whoever i stand next to.

@austin.ajf can’t thank you enough for being by my side week to week and believing in me and my goals. let’s keep workin

One of the easiest mistakes to make during this transition is dropping the glutes through the movement. Sometimes we need a physical cue to remind us to keep those glutes lifted. That is where this PVC pipe can help.

Try this one with a partner, and send it to an athlete who needs to keep those glutes tall!

I honestly think the Crab variant is the hardest of the most muscular poses to nail down.

Not only do you have to be HUGE, but you have to basically break all of the previous rules established with posing your mandatories to hit it correctly. It quite literally feels the exact opposite of how it looks.

@austin.ajf looking HUGE. (Pls switch to bodybuilding 😭)
