POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

For those who live in the United States, November 3rd, 2026 is election day. I am currently visiting family in a swing state, and across all forms of media I am being bombarded with political ads. Despite this minor annoyance, I recognize how important this day is. As a woman, I recognize if I was born over 100 years ago, I wouldn't have been able to do such a thing.

Without further ado - here are 9 sapphic books featuring main characters that are politicians.

Books Featured:

Friday at GCLS was a success! Saw some familiar faces, gave my Story to Screen presentation, participated in a panel and a reading, and signed some books 📚✨️💖

I'm excited to be heading to GCLS 2026 in Orlando this week! If you'll be there, I'd love to meet you.

I'll be speaking on two panels, participating in the Author Spotlight Reading, and joining the Friday signing session. And if you stop by, ask me about my upcoming novel, California Wheelin', currently seeking representation.

Let's connect, share stories, and celebrate LGBTQ+ literature together. 🌈📚

In honor of Women's History Month, I wanted to share some of my favorite reads by women that celebrate what we can achieve, how women before us have paved the way, or contribute to the betterment of our lives!

Have you read any of these books? If not, will you be adding any to your list?
