Based in County Clare, Ireland, Joshua Brown (@av.h.264 ) is a multidisciplinary artist bridging the gap between structural precision and raw tactile experience. Currently pursuing an MA in Sculpture at RCA, his practice is grounded in an unconventional path: from Mechanical Engineering to years spent as a tree surgeon and house renovator. Originally rooted in sound, his work has evolved through aggressive experimentation with video and digital media. Today, he integrates sculpture, sound, and digital elements to explore the friction between technical engineering and artistic expression. Joshua Brown: A SYSTEM AT SCALE Opening: Wednesday, 13 May | 6–8PM 📍 @threerooms_e17 74 Beulah Rd, London E17 9LE Gallery Hours: 14–15 May | 2PM – 7PM 16–17 May | 11AM – 7PM

[MA SCULPTURE 26’] Artist Spotlight Joshua Brown is an interdisciplinary artist working at the intersection of sculpture and audio-visual media. His practice explores the delicate tensions between sustainability, memory, and deterioration. Joshua’s sculptural process is defined by a rigorous commitment to material life cycles; he selects components based on their potential for reuse and recyclability, ensuring the construction is as considered as the concept. Parallel to his physical work, his audio-visual compositions draw heavily from sample culture, recontextualizing found sounds and imagery to mirror the themes of salvage and transformation found in his physical objects.

Exhibition ： Apocalypse, and After 17 — 20 March | Hockney Gallery, RCA Kensington With 11 artists, we approach the notions of “Apocalypse”, and “After?” through diverse spectrums — including the environment, the body, family narratives, emotional tension, gender identity, love, and recognition. The exhibition reveals how experiences of collapse, rupture, and renewal unfold differently across individual lives. Rather than presenting a single narrative, the exhibition embraces multiplicity, allowing personal stories to remain intact while resonating with one another. The exhibition space is designed to support the unfolding of these narratives and to create room for breathing, where stories often kept hidden, unspoken, or difficult to articulate can remain present, audible, and alive. By holding space for vulnerability, trauma, and fear, the exhibition seeks to collectively recover resilience. Personal narratives are revealed not to be resolved, but to remain present — allowing growth to emerge after pain. In this way, the exhibition becomes a place where what has been endured can transform into the ground for becoming. The exhibition runs from 17th to 20th March — don’t miss the upcoming Live Painting workshop led by @clairezakiewicz and Closing Panel with @studio.shruti Artists： @wukoo_sun @clairezakiewicz @divyamraghunath_ @hyojina.art @jseo.studio @av.h.264 @laelreiss @mins9292 @oncle_douglas @studio.shruti @sunkyung.__ Animation artist：@lauren.lauren.z curator: @cecilia_maooo @davidleung28 @eojinjo71 @lisaaa.noack We would delighted to welcome you！:)
