POV: You hire an expert who actually gets your 🌶️spicy founder brain 🧠✨

Here’s the real story - as a first-time founder trying to remember and do it all, I was drowning. Did you know that up to 1 in 4 entrepreneurs are neurodivergent? Yet most of us are out here trying to force our brains into systems that weren’t built for how we think.

I was that founder with sticky notes everywhere, 17 different apps that I’d try for a week then abandon, and the constant anxiety of knowing something important was falling through the cracks. I’d work 80+ hour weeks just trying to keep up with my own brain, and honestly? I crashed and burned hard when I had no help or structure to support me or my business.

Everything changed when I found my OBM/Virtual Assistant Merideth @availvirtualassistance - someone who didn’t try to “fix” my ADHD brain but worked WITH it instead. Now I have systems in Notion that actually make sense, deadlines I actually meet, and the mental space to focus on what I do best.

If you’re a tech founder struggling with the same beautiful chaos, you don’t have to figure this out alone. Your brain isn’t broken - you just need systems designed for how YOU think.

Ready to turn your founder chaos into your competitive advantage? Book a call in my bio link to get a strategy customized for you from someone who truly gets it!

26 Qs with TLB Design
Part 1 🚪
I’ve always wanted to do one of those tongue-in-cheek Vogue-style interviews—and moving felt like the perfect time to actually make it happen!
This four-part series is part love letter, part behind-the-scenes look at my life, career, and everything I’ve built in this space.
Starting where I spend most of my time: my home office.

We’re talking workflow, creative rituals, and yes, how clean this desk really stays.

Special shoutout to VA & Creative Genius @availvirtualassistance for building my dream dashboard in Notion aka my favorite tool ever!

Thank you to my loving wife Katelyn for interviewing me and for her endless support. 🩵

> building long term relationships
> optimism
> honest communication
> perseverance

All of these values are some of the core aspects built into the foundation of my business. They are not just important but they are crucial and non-negotiable for me. When I sat down to establish avail’s values I knew that I wanted to build my business upon trust and geniality. BUILDING LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS with my clients allows me to know their business best and it allows me to serve my clients in the best ways that I can. OPTIMISM is a value that represents seeing challenges as an opportunity for growth + advancement. HONEST COMMUNICATION builds a foundation of trust, respect, accountability, and overall fosters an outcome that helps me guide my clients to achieving their goals. PERSEVERANCE is a value that reminds us why we do what we do and to push through the long and hard days knowing that they will NOT last forever. It reminds us that setbacks do not define us and only result in one outcome… growth! Avail’s values all have a role that lead to creating the best outcome for my clients and will always be an aspect of my business that I will forever cherish and make a priority!
