Most people think success happens during business hours. Mine starts at 4:00 AM. While everyone else is asleep, I'm in the garage convincing myself that voluntarily doing SkiErg sprints is a good idea. Coffee. Kettlebells. Sweat. Questionable life choices. The sauna hat gets a lot of comments. At this point, I'm not sure if it's performance gear or a personality trait. And yes, the new @avalaclothing merino gear is earning its keep. Turns out training before sunrise is a lot more comfortable when your shirt doesn't feel like a wet towel five minutes in. The workout isn't the goal. The goal is becoming the kind of person who keeps promises to himself—even when nobody's watching. Because nobody is coming to save you. But you can absolutely save yourself a lot of excuses. #KettlebellTraining #SkiErg #DentistLife #EntrepreneurLife #MorningRoutine
