Looking for Halloween drinks and fall treats in Connecticut? Put Sweet B on your list!

I feel so honored to have been invited to Sweet B’s Halloween influencer event! I got to try all their Halloween drinks and vote for which one would earn a spot as their drink of the week - and the winner was the Monster Mash! 💚 I recommend trying it as a
matcha!! Make sure to grab one before it’s gone!

We also got to paint pumpkins, and I painted a little vampire on mine! I had SO much fun painting with everyone. 🎃

A HUGE thank you to @sweetbcafe and @emily.ferrante for having me and for the sweetest gift, including their mystery ghost syrup! I got the banana flavor and already tried it - SO delicious!

Follow along for more CT hidden gems, local coffee shops, and foodie finds!

🎃🖤Spook & Sip at @sweetbcafe ‼️☕️

I love Sweet B dearly. They’re one of my favorite spots already (I’m there QUITE often), but they always know how to put on a great event! It was an awesome group of ladies & an incredibly fun afternoon.

We got to connect, hang, paint pumpkins, and of course have some delicious sweets & drinks! They always nail their specials, and the 3 exclusives were no exception. The 2 that I tried were delicious, especially the “Stake Through the Heart” which was PB & J!! Their baked goods are some of the best around, too. I’m already addicted to their muffins, but I was so excited to finally try the apple cider donut loaf, & it was excellent. Super moist, soft, flavorful & far better than any cider donuts I’ve had recently!!

Everyone’s costumes were fabulous (I was a MOSHroom 😂) & again, it was just a wonderful afternoon celebration! 🖤 The Sweet B team was amazing (as always) & thank you to them for having me!! Always happy to be at one of my absolute favs 🫶🏻🍁👻

There is something incredibly powerful about women choosing themselves. 🩷

Every woman in this photo has her own story, her own challenges, and her own reason for showing up.

Different paths. Different dreams. One shared decision—to keep growing.

As this week comes to a close, let this be your reminder that investing in yourself is never selfish. It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and the people around you.

Here’s to learning, lifting one another up, and blooming together.

Take a breath. Find your light. Bloom in your own time. 🪷💗
