Avione Brown Pichon, a Greater Philadelphia ‘03 alum now based in Greater New Orleans, continues her commitment to service as a law professor and partner at @themanagementcenter . She’s heading to the 35th Anniversary Summit to be surrounded by like-minded people, tap into a deep network, and get grounded in her WHY!

For Avione, being a TFA alum means “you’ve seen behind the curtain of American education and you cannot unsee it.”

We’re excited to celebrate the legacy of TFA, reconnect with CMs and alumni from across the nation!

Will we see you at the Summit?

Last week, Team A.Leigh got to be the students. 💛

We spend so much of our time designing learning experiences for other leaders—facilitating retreats, coaching executives, building stronger teams, and helping organizations grow.

But we don’t believe development is something we only do for other people.

We believe in it for ourselves, too.

Last week, we leaned into our own learning while celebrating, dreaming bigger, and being in community with an incredible group of educators turned entrepreneurs who are building businesses, creating impact, and redefining what leadership can look like beyond traditional roles.

There is something powerful about being surrounded by people who understand both the heart of an educator AND the courage it takes to build something of your own.

We learned. We laughed. We celebrated. We sharpened our thinking. And we came home with new ideas for how A.Leigh continues to grow and serve.

Because around here, professional development isn’t just something we deliver.

It’s something we live. ✨

And yes…we had a GOOD time doing it. 😂💛
