Thrilled that these two stunning works by @muholizanele are now secured for our Capital Group Taking Pride in Art show in June. So grateful for the loan LT🙏 All artist entries are now in (waiting with bated breath for yours @daniellismore 💕✨). The list is otherwise closed. Preparations are now properly afoot plotting the layout, placing 60 artworks across the beautiful penthouse floor of 1 Paddington Square.
Will be a record show, and so thrilled to have so many of you involved. Can’t wait for 3 June opening night.

Installation Views | Happy

The artists do not ask what happiness looks like, but rather how it is felt, remembered, and negotiated. How it lingers after a moment has passed. How it is reconstructed through memory. How it coexists with longing, with uncertainty, with the realities of contemporary life. Happiness, in this sense, is not an endpoint, but a process, something continuously made and remade.

The exhibition remains on view through April 25th.

We thoroughly enjoyed running “The Sound experience” for @ostudio__ng , curated by @wearestudiodream , where we spoke to patrons about the basics of DJing with CDJs, including building flow in your set, track sourcing, basic beat-matching, and tempo-setting.

It was also a good time to network with fellow like-minded kindred spirits.

We will be doing another one of these soonish, but for now, enjoy and keep building. This game is always about laying it down for the next ones.

Shoutout @kingnonsoduke and @ayofawo for taking the session, and the lovely @ayanfee__ for joining us, impromptu. All for the love of game! ❤️

We will be doing more stuff like this more often.
