THE OFFICIAL PAGE OF THE FIRST WBC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD FOUNDATION @bermanestiverne & @stivernebermane

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

10 years ago today, I captured the most prestigious award in the sport of boxing. One thing I have never imagined as a child was to become the WBC heavyweight champion of the world, there for May 10th will always be special to me. I’m also honor to be the first of 🇭🇹Haitian descent. To all the young children out there around the world, especially those in my native country of 🇭🇹Haiti🇭🇹 @ayit1foundation you can be anything you want to be as long as you put your mind, body and believe in yourself. #haitianmonthheritage #may18 #haitianflagday #haiti #flagdaymay18 #wbc

12/8/2020 . A warm meal reduces the amount a stress experienced by a loving parent. Many cases of child abuse in Haiti in the disenfranchised communities are a result of frustrations often enhanced by hunger. Donate anything today ( $CHFF509 or INFOFCHF@gmail.com) to support our daily meals for parents still capable of holding on to the joys of parenthood or guardianship. #endhunger #communityhealth #motherslove #infantnutrition #blackparents #babynutrition #motherhood #blackmothers #newmom #newbaby #mommyandme

9/20/2020 To see those young #blacksurgeons #blackanesthesiologist #blacknurses hand pick our partner hospital in Cité Soleil for their #medicalresidency program and killing it is a reminder of why our foundation exists. We must come together to protect schools and hospitals not only for the students and patients but the young men and women who would have one less place to go and put their skills to use as #medicalprofessionals and #teachers . #haitiansurgeon #haitiandoctors #Haitian nurses #blackownedhospital

@soleil_medical/ @wilson_louima dedicated three days to organizing the hospital’s Warehouse. The hospital staff was beyond grateful to have received training on proper storage and inventory procedures. Wilson implicated the staff in the decision making process as he understood the changes he implemented must make sense to the staff long after his departure. We are looking forward to his return for a week’s long training. #warehousemanagement #blackprofessionals #teamwork #blackownedbusiness #blackownedhospital #cleanandtidy #packingorders #decluttering

Every single improvement in the medical field in a low income country makes a difference. Our commitment to supporting hospitals and schools so they can keep their services affordable all the while improving logistical, operational, and clinical systems. Systems Thinking is the only way forward to real change. This wouldn’t hVe been possible if many small interconnected steps were not taken. #haitihealthcare #santéhaiti #blacksurgeons #surgery #blackanesthesiologist #anesthesiologist #medicalstudent #operatingroom #surgicaltechnologist #grandopening #affordablehealthcare

You’ve asked if you could volunteer, we said yes if and only if the proper safety and lodging measures were in place. In March the hospital started its Dormitory for volunteer doctors, nurses and volunteers in general. We’re nearing the end of this project. Again , thank you for your continued support. #doctorswithoutborders #teacherswithoutborders #guestroom #nurseswithoutborders #blackdoctors #blackdoulas #blacknurses #blackengineers #haitiannonprofit #flooringinstallation #groutcleaning #ceramicfloor #ceramictiles #architecturephotography #ayiticherie

Well that went left quickly , adults wanted it in too . It was sweet😂. 300 glow sticks distribution attracted a much larger crowd than expected. We can’t stress this enough, every single donation counts be it money, shoes, medical supplies, books or even a box of glow sticks 🥰🤣. #letchildrenplay #glowsticks #nightlife #volunteers #toydrive #timounyo #haiti #ayiti #summernights
