Bachata: frame speaks for your body 🤝 @ayjbachata Many dancers think leading only happens through grip strength, but the real signal travels through dynamic tension in your frame. The frame transmits center of mass information without extra physical contact, and that tension controls whether your partner's body texture feels soft or stiff. Keep your frame alive, not rigid, so the coordinated position actually communicates. Save this and practice holding dynamic tension through your frame while standing still, feeling how small shifts change your center of mass. Follow @bsolatindance.academy for weekly Bachata technique breakdowns. 📍 Dancing in Orlando? Train with us in person at BSO Latin Dance.
