From guessing food portions to questioning what “healthy” looks like, Unlearn the Diet London gave us plenty to talk about.

It was a pleasure working with @gbemigiwa to bring her African Fat Loss Method to a London audience. She brought her knowledge and personality to the evening, getting guests involved throughout.

Thank you to our panelists and everyone who joined us, asked questions and shared their experiences. 🖤

At AYKO, we work with African talent and founders to help their work reach new audiences.

For @gbemigiwa , that meant bringing people around a table in London to hear directly from her about the African Fat Loss Method, ahead of Unlearn the Diet.

Here’s Gbemi sharing the thinking behind her work.

We started with belief.
We built with courage.
And we’re still only getting started.
Happy birthday to my friend,
my business partner, my fellow Cofounder and my G.
Proud of what we’ve built. Even prouder of the journey.
The best is still ahead, AY.
