I’ve had so many women ask me how they can get connected and involved. I created 🤍Sanctuary Sessions🤍for women all over the world to gather in one place twice a month. SS was born from the intention for continued support beyond our retreat spaces. Whether women have been on a retreat or not I know there is a need for brave spaces of authenticity, support, joy and care. I’ve been blown away at the connections made worldwide from our online sessions.

The beauty of SS is our 60 minute women’s circles are online twice a month. You may enjoy this connection from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.

Our first session is always complementary and beyond that the energy exchange is $22/monthly. This gifts you with connection in our WhatsApp group and ongoing support.

My incredible co facilitators Katie Gray @ktgpic and Karen Pavone @karenpavonephotography and I would love to invite you to our next session this Tuesday, 9/8. What if this inspires you and sparks creativity within? Feel free to shoot me a message for our zoom link.

Tag a friend who may be enjoy growing their community. My intention is to have women from all over the world gathering and supporting one another. When women support women this entire world shifts. Do you agree?

Why is it so dang uncomfortable to ask for support? Here’s the thing! The connections women make on the retreats we lead blow my mind every single time. Retreats are life changing on so many layers of life. They remind us of what is truly important. That is YOU💞YOU are important!

I’ve tagged a few of you I think would be willing to share your experience. Who’s willing to get loud so we may keep retreats going? I believe wholeheartedly in what I’m meant to bring forth. Leading retreats is what I was put on this earth to bring forth. I am not here to sell someone an experience. I’m here to share and trust the women who feel called will make it happen. When you say yes you choose a timeline of mystery, magik, healing, transformation, wonder and awe🔥

Women are determined. When we want something we go for it. If you want it bad enough you’ll make it happen. I know this about women. We’re lionesses. We’re not here to live a small existence where we isolate, stay depressed and feel like we don’t matter. That story is DONE. We may have our moments, but it’s choosing to shift and not stay there.

I’m tenacious y’all. If I want something I say yes even when I do not know the how. Not enough money? Say yes. Watch the money come in. You unlock flow with your yes. Trust me. I live this way. It’s wild and it’s TRUE. Anyone else? If you’re not saying yes to what lights you up chances are your money is not moving. Say yes and move the current-CURRENCY. It’s gotta move to grow.

What are you telling yourself about yourself?

You are worthy of your investment in yourself. You are literally precious and loved. What if this experience is the catalyst to what you don’t even see right now?

❤️‍🔥We have our next Sanctuary Sessions Tuesday evening 8/11 and I’ll be facilitating our online women’s circle. This is a space for women who desire connection, support, inspiration and to feel a sense of belonging. I created SS to be the multi vitamin after a retreat. Whether you’ve been on a retreat or not all women are welcome! Our first circle is always commentary. DM for our zoom link❤️‍🔥

This is what I live for ❤️‍🔥Women cheering each other on!

I am her, she is me🪞🪞

I’m not here to compete with you. I’m not here to say my gifts are betters than yours. I’m not here to “take business from you.” This is not the frequency I will exist at.

I choose community and abundance for all who desire it. I choose to lift you, amplify and activate you in your gifts. This is why I lead women. This is why I love mentoring and guiding women in 1:1 containers, retreats and micro gatherings.

It’s been interesting on my journey to be “rejected” because what I offer is “similar” to someone else. Have you experienced this before? It’s wild to me because I’m not there on that wavelength. I want all to experience the blessings that come from being fully attuned to our God given gifts.

I’m here to support raising the frequency of our entire planet and I know I’m only one person. I’m only able to do so much on my own. I don’t want to do it alone. I want to align with people who get it. Who realize we grow exponentially and stoke more people’s fires when we gather in like hearted community.

This is a calling I’m choosing to answer. I’m calling in collaborations with women, men and people who are ready to grow together, to learn from each other, to experience the challenges and trials that will inevitably come when we choose community. I’m not afraid. My faith is massive. My trust muscle is growing. The evidence is clear.

Are you attuning to the call on your heart? Are you listening to what is being asked of you? Are you willing to surrender parts of yourself, people, places and things that may not be headed where God is guiding you?

Earth school. It’s in session🤍The school of the soul.

Thank you @honey.bee.smooth for bringing such a potent and beautiful Sensual Silk Fan Playshop to our Shine Solstice Women’s Retreat @synergycostarica 🤍I love you🤍

Excited to be headed back for @wild.return.costa.rica in October ♥️Our retreat is live and space is intentionally limited. Is this timeline and land calling to you? I invite you to follow the nudges🦋🪄They will lead you somewhere beautif

Grateful for a day with this wonderful group of women at the “In Celebration of Mothers - Rooted in Strength, Rising in Hope - 22nd Annual Luncheon” for the Center for Domestic Peace in Marin County.

Their efforts to stand with survivors, provide resources, support, assistance for victims & families is heroic. Their finding has been destabilized due to the current administration, with grants held up creating a $100K+ funding gap.

Today we heard from board members, directors, a survivor now author Reyna Grande, and the daughter of a survivor who was supported by @centerfordomesticpeace - it was moving, inspiring, and a clear call to action.

I participated in the silent auction more than I should have (and won 3 things!) and made a donation because I too am a survivor and I know every dollar matters and makes a difference.

Please donate to them (see last photo for details). Let’s stand with survivors and end domestic violence.

INTUITION IS REAL♥️I’ve learned to trust mine. I say yes when things don’t make sense. I say yes when I have no idea how I will be provided for financially. I say yes when my heart is nudging me towards a timeline. AND IT ALWAYS BLOWS MY MIND. It’s always better than I could even try to imagine.

Honeybee @honey.bee.smooth Gwendolyn @mandala_umbra and I got to tour @synergycostarica when we were @envisionfestival and it was beyond a dream come true. I booked this space never setting foot on the land (I tend to have this pattern!🤭) I feel grateful I followed my heart in booking Synergy for our Shine Solstice 2026 Women’s Immersive Retreat.

This retreat is for women who are givers, nurturers and care takers. The ones who put everyone before themselves and are ready to prioritize themselves. This is for women who are already in practice of this and ready to dive deeper into their exploration of themselves. This is for women who need a reset in nature, on land, in the jungle to fully take care of themselves in all ways. This is for women who are done living in the grind and are ready to experience abundance in the stillness. This is for women who are ready to receive. This is for women craving connection with women and are ready to build trust, vulnerability and bravery with each other. This is for women ready to play, experience fun and joy and love their bodies in new and embodied ways. This is for women of all ages and all seasons of life. And if you’ve never practiced yoga a day in your life….awesome! You are welcome with us. All we ask if you have an open mind and heart to step into this sacred container. 🙏🏽♥️

You’ll know if you’re called to this land and timeline with us. It would be such a gift to have you🐒🙏🏽

I met Brittany in September for our Return to Nurture Women’s Immersive Retreat in Mt. Shasta. Karen, our retreat photographer, is connected to Brittany. I witnessed Brittany completely open up to transformation, healing and letting love in with all of us women. Brittany has a massive heart and is filled with joy. I felt called to share part of her story where she shares about journaling her experience. Brittany @b_alicia_keyes you are a rockstar. Thank you for trusting your truth with courage and curiosity♥️

“Now full, it’s closed out probably the most difficult year of my life. Thanks to @the.rooted.yogi soul saving yoga retreat in Sept., I’ve journaled more in the last four months than ever before. This has grounded and given me peace in the middle of one of life’s greatest storms, a divorce. I’m grateful to close this journal full of pain and self discovery to new openness in 2026. So, to help answer a profound question I was just asked, I started my new journal with, “What am I grateful for in 2025?”
I was stumped, again, similar to the task I was given at the first night of that Mt. Shasta yoga retreat, when asked to write a love note to myself. Frozen with tears, all I could start writing was, “This is the first love letter I’ve ever written to myself.” Ending it with, “You matter.” I then realized its burrowed deep grip on me, I had to release failure. Just as I went to that retreat fragile, downtrodden, and full of sorrow then left uplifted, inspired and changed forever, so I leave 2025. I start anew now realizing that Thoreau’s “live the life you’ve imagined” is the key. That was my gift of 2025, to believe in myself, that love and happiness and abundance is for me, in me and flows through me. Use this key. It may unlock whatever sadness or pain you hold to open more life and belief in and for yourself, automatically lifting up those you love and care for. Be open, most importantly, to unlock love and care for yourself, by yourself and by all beautiful souls around you. Put in the hard work to discover and know yourself. Imagine, believe and receive.”

Wine Country Living
I had the sweetest Holiday Spirit night last night with these two dear friends.

First we met for some Holiday cheer and great conversation-we had some catching up to do🥂

Then we strolled thru this adorable Holiday Lights park hosted by @marincountygov If you have small kids/grandkids this is a must visit. They also offer a crafts room for the little ones.💕

And ended the evening watching Love Actually at the Civic Center Theater. Can you believe I have never watched this movie?! What a sweet must see Holiday film. Watch it tonight!

We laughed we cheered and we left with so much Holiday feel good vibes🎄

Thank you Marin County for this free to attend community event, bravo to all involved in making this happen.

I recently had the pleasure of shooting this beautiful soul at Return To Nurture retreat in Mount Shasta, led by @the.rooted.yogi 🙌

I first met Brittany years ago when we were both members of the same women’s networking group in Novato, California, and I was thrilled when she told me she was gifting herself some much needed personal time at retreat.

Her SoulShine portrait is a stunning example of a woman claiming herself, and stepping into a new chapter of her life with grace, and possibility. She chose to wear her “power color”… this gorgeous crimson gown from my Client Closet collection.

Wow, did she do it justice! ❤️❤️❤️🙌 Thank you for trusting me, Brittany, and shining bright for all to see 👊🏻
