As our 2026 season comes to a close on August 14th. I personally want to thank @_.marissa_jade._ for being the most incredible instructor this season.
She taught session 3 all be herself and absolutely crushed it with her incredible patience, love & dedication to the Swim School. To @b_hogge_ for taking these beautiful pictures, to @darenhogge for supporting me each season without ever complaining, for parents who are dedicated to a program that really does work and for the beautiful little people that melt my heart each season with some apprehension as they delve into a very structured, step by step program that teaches every child individually one lesson at a time. “Line Upon Line, Precept upon precept, that is how we teach our children @float2strokeswimschool

Three days before our wedding, we lost the venue we’d spent a year planning.

The Cottonwood Fire destroyed my family’s cabin, the place we had always dreamed of getting married, but most importantly a place me and my family have been making memories for decades.

With just 72 hours to figure everything out, our family, friends, and vendors pulled off what felt impossible.

Beaver Canyon/Eagle Point weren’t just a wedding venue to me, this place shaped me into I am today. It was my escape from the world, my solace. My heart aches because a place I hold so close to my heart will never be the same. This is the story of how everything fell apart… and somehow became the best day of our lives. ❤️

Some favs from Blake and Trystan’s wedding in Utah.

3 days prior to the wedding, Blake’s family lost their vacation home in the Cottonwood fire.

They were forced to quickly move everything to Blake’s childhood home. Even through the loss, these two told me it was still the best day of their lives. And I’m so happy I could be a part of it.

It wasn’t in the mountains of beaver but somehow beaver came to the wedding. As the grooms were walking down the aisle, the sky rained ash. And it was perfect in every way.

Reminiscing on all the time we’ve spent on the beaver mountain at our cabin for the last 40 years as it all burns to the ground. This memory is one of my favorites and deserves a spot on the gram. The Turners go hard. And I’m so grateful to be apart of it. 💙
