5 ingredient Hot Pepper Bacon Jam dip 🧡🏈

11/10 chance this recipe is the first to go!!!

Ingredients:
* One 8-ounce block cream cheese, at room temperature
* 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Gruyere cheese
* ½ cup sour cream
* Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
* 4 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped (¼ cup)
* Crostini, crackers, and/or crudités, for serving

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the jam with the cream cheese, gruyere, sour cream, and half of the bacon.
3. Scrape the dip into a 1-quart baking dish or small cast iron skillet. Sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is beginning to brown on top and bubbling around the edges. Serve right away with your dippers of choice.

ENJOY!!!!!!

My first attempt at pizza on the grill tonight!…how it ended & how it started. Grilled Prosciutto Pizza with Havarti and Fig Jam, recipe courtesy of @howsweeteats and grilling inspiration from @babsboards . It’s always a good idea to learn a new skill & grilling was something I had never done, until this summer. I think I’m hooked ! The pizza turned out perfect, a crispy crust, the bottom didn’t burn and I love the combination of the prosciutto and fig jam, the best part is you top it off with an arugula salad & I added micro greens, so you can enjoy your salad and pizza in one delicious bite. Dinner is served !
