A winter season full of unforgettable moments. ❄️🏔️

From riding incredible backcountry terrain and skiing inside volcanic craters to sharing delicious meals, relaxing by the river, and connecting with the rich culture of our Pehuenche friends — this season was about so much more than skiing.

It was about the people we met, the experiences we shared, and the memories we created together in the mountains of southern Chile.

A huge THANK YOU to all our guests for being part of another incredible winter, and to our local friends and partners who helped make these experiences possible. We couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

A custom split board pack for @petesnavely ! This pack has been a long time in the making. I think pete has set the record for phone/zoom time sorting this pack over the last 18 months. That’s not a dis on pete, I really like him, it just what some projects take. Pete has a lot of experience and we had a lot to distill to get here.

Here is a very split board focused pack. Side carriers for when the board is split, front straps for when it’s not. The front pocket has a sleeve for probe/shovel handle, room for skins, crampons and the front google pocket. Dual axe loops. Full roll top. Comfy 3” shoulder straps and the alpine belt. Full bivy pad, removable hip belt. Top drawcord for when the pack is less than full. Decide against side compression straps as the front board straps can compress the pack. Ski and snowboard movie season is upon us!

While we might not be able to ski and ride just yet, we are able to get STOKED about skiing and riding (very soon). The best way to do this is to attend the @backcountrymag Barn Bash at the @cambridgevtcommunitycenter on Friday November 6th!

If you’ve never been to the Barn Bash, there’s a lot of awesomeness beyond the movies:

Live music
A huge raffle (tons of ski and snowboard gear and a BrewFest Weekend Smuggs getaway)
Dinner and a drink included with your ticket
A food drive for the Cambridge Food Shelf (every item you bring earns you a raffle ticket!)
AND All proceeds benefit the Cambridge Area Rotary Winter Wellness Days program which gives local kids the chance to ski and ride for free, regardless of income
