Ending 2024 in Vegas with a bangin’ babeeyy was a real debaucherous time and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This year saw a lot but the sweetest things came in all forms of love.

The Year of Travel - 4 countries this year, Canada, Italy, Ireland, the UK, lots of domestic fun in CA, Vegas, and more. As I grow older my priorities have really shifted in a way that’s focused on doing what I love to do for myself and the top seat is always exploring anywhere on this little planet

The year of the Friend - what a tremendous gift to meet strangers and let them become the ones who take care of you. Creating traditions with my friends has become one of my favorite things.

The year of the concert - saw so many great shows this year. Blur, Chappell Roan, Megan Thee Stallion, Hans Zimmer, Idles x 3, Anyma.

The year of the Honeymoon - what a special treat it was to travel with my boy and really celebrate our honeymoon in style. Italy is so stunning, but Positano is unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. I love traveling and having John as a part of it was truly special.

The year of the Dog - with the introduction of Rover into our life, things have just exploded with dogs. Though we have had a few moments of insanity, it’s also been such a joy to have these sweet creatures come through our home. The number one review/comment I hear from owners is that they have anxious pups, except with us. Our home has an energy and a lot of love to make any four legged (and one special 3 legged) feel right at ease. While we still don’t have a plan in place for taking in our own new guy, this has been such a fun and educational journey while also being a healing one. I belong with a dog.

The year of the House - spent a lot of time over the last few years making this house feel like ours, but in the last few months with some more key pieces in place, it feels so much more complete. Our home is for us, but our home is for our friends to enjoy and I’m so grateful we’ve created such a hosting space for our pals to gather.

there’s really so much I can say about this trip, but I’ll start with this; I’m so grateful to have experienced this incredible place with these three people. @_eggdrop and I have known each other for five years this month and already are so lucky to have experienced so many unique and marvelous adventures together. We’re hitting our fifth country together in the spring! 🇳🇿

Not only was this another trip in the books for us, but this was such a special family trip. There really isn’t a word that encapsulates the love and gratitude I feel towards her family for taking me to experience this with them. As someone who doesn’t really feel loved or even liked by some of her own family, to know that there is a family who pulls me in to such a monumental occasion, really rattles my brain and fills me with an immense amount of happiness. 💕

hours spent together in the car, hundreds of thousands of steps walked on hikes, canoeing circles around each other, two sisters annoying one big brother, and a very gracious dad there for it all. think I’ll cry about this one for a long time. 💌

the heart really is so tender…

ps. Banff & beyond is so grand, I need another post just for nature 🌄
