EVERYTHING HAS ITS TIME. OURS IS ABOUT TO STRIKE TWELVE! 365 days Countless faces A thousand stories we never planned to tell Some nights we danced until the lights came on Others, we forgot what time it was altogether And somewhere between the music, the strangers who became friends, the unexpected encounters and the nights we wished would never end… CHRONOS TURNS ONE! Well, almost… And because our birthday happens to fall on Halloween, we thought we might as well make a little trouble SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 COMMON GROUND × CHRONOS 1ST ANNIVERSARY HALLOWEEN EDITION For this very special night, Chronos joins forces with @commonground.wav and MKAY Management @makanye @gig.secure to celebrate our first trip around the sun in a rather unconventional way COSTUMES ARE THE DRESS CODE Come as someone else. Leave with a story to tell Prizes for Best Individual & Best Group/Couple Costume 🏆 As for the soundtrack, we have gathered a rather dangerous combination of selectors… @mo_nzo · @kingoriah · @shishiwanj · @bad_m0n With special guests our brother @mixmasterlenny and @callmedjiv Expect a night that moves between sounds, moods & dance floors, with a few surprises along the way AND WHEN THE CLOCK STRIKES MIDNIGHT, CHRONOS TURNS ONE! A moment to raise a glass to everyone who has walked through our doors, played a record, shared a meal, brought a friend, stayed for one more song or helped make this place what it is Because the truth is, Chronos was never just ours to build You made it yours, too And we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than to have you all here 🎟️ LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE Tickets via the link in our bios Official ticketing partner @gig.secure Brought to you by Chronos × @commonground.wav × MKAY Management @makanye_ Video by @olickdidit 👁️

Numerous times during the development and pre-production of the film we had to answer the question “Who is this film’s audience?”. Each time we found ourselves thinking of young Kenyans who led the protests in 2024 and 2025 across Kenya. With this in mind and with an eye on the upcoming national elections it is an absolute honour to have our world premiere at the 2026 NBO Film Festival. Thank you to @mbithi @missnyashak and the. @nbofilmfest team for the selection. Though I won’t be in attendance playing at theatres that I grew up going to is a dream come true. Nairobi's emerging music creatives sat down to hear from creative professionals who had already walked the road they were just beginning. On the mentor panel were singer-songwriter Bensoul, artist-producer Njerae, publicist Anyiko Owoko, music & culture executive Monica Kemoli, and Nigerian music journalist Joey Akan. It was the opening session of Swift Academy, and the beginning of a two-week stretch in Nairobi that Úrú Collective helped shape around Joey. The plan was simple to say and hard to do well: don't just visit a city, show up for it. 💙

The Swift Academy Nairobi cohort came together for an afternoon of conversation, perspective and good company — unpacking the realities of Kenya’s creative industry with some of the people actively shaping it. From honest questions and industry stories to the conversations that carried on over lunch, it was the kind of room where ideas move naturally and connections happen without forcing them. More moments from Swift Academy Nairobi, coming soon. Presented by @martellofficial Curated by @africahousemembersclub #SwiftAcademy #AfricaHouse #Martell #Nairobi #africanmusic
