Wild and woolly conditions down at St Kilda for @2xutriathlonseries Race 3, but it was an awesome morning out none the less. There was a sprint distance, which was a National Championship race, Olympic distance and the Aqua Bike and we had members represent across each. We’ll be collating all of the results but well done to everyone who raced including our newly minted national sprint champs @les_west @vick___huang

Teamed up with my dude @dylanalcott yesterday to drain some 3’s for a charity very close to my heart, the @remotepoolsproject.
I managed to sink $9k’s worth of buckets to contribute towards closing the gap in Heath inequality for First Nations people living in remote communities.
If you have some spare change and would like to contribute, please click the link in my bio. Would mean a lot to the team and I!

Fluid Squad Ironman Cairns
Just over 10week to go till IM Cairns,
and we have a solid crew saddling up for the big dance.
35 athletes across the Full and 70.3 distance events, we are pumped.
Club coach @melbourne_tri_coach_foz will be there Tuesday of race week running taper and info sessions in full support of our athletes.
Eyes on the prize, keep that training going not long now.
