Luckily, your emotional support beverage is waiting at Salt & Sage. Pop in, take a little pause, and let the coffee do its thing ✨

Cork, what an unforgettable night! 🇮🇪🏆☕

The 2026 Irish AeroPress Championships was more than just a competition. From the anticipation before each round to the cheers that filled the room, every moment was a reminder of what makes the coffee community so special.

Incredible AeroPress brews, delicious food and drinks, exciting giveaways, and great conversations — all brought together in an atmosphere full of energy and passion.

A huge thank you to @badgeranddodo , @aero.press , @bakestonecafe Alejo from @volcan.azul , and all the hosts, organisers, crew, judges, and fellow competitors who made this night so special!

Congratulations to champion Ricky @hnrq.coffee and third-place finisher Ian @_v1brew_ 🏆👏

Grateful for the coffee, the people, and the memories. ❤️

Two time AP Champion! Still can’t quite believe it 🏆☕

Plenty of experimenting, and countless little adjustments along the way. Somehow, it all came together on the day.

A huge thank you to @vivacoffeeltd team for the support and for backing me on this journey.

And a big thank you to @badgeranddodo and @bakestonecafe for hosting the event and bringing everyone together for another great coffee ‘party’. Also the judges and Alejo from @volcan.azul for providing the coffee.

Huge congratulations to Jason @beansipdublin and Ian @_v1brew_ for taking second and third place. You guys absolutely smashed it! 👏

Now, on to Mexico City! 🇲🇽🌎 CDMX @aero.press

Hi everyone!!
After a very busy weekend I finally take the time to show the few sketches done during the Aeropress competition organised by @badgeranddodo in @bakestonecafe on last friday night!

What a great and funny night it was surrounded by a colourful palette of friends and people from all over Ireland!
Thanks again a million to Brock and his wife Claire for trusting me with the poster’s visual this year, it was both such a kind yet strange feeling to see people wearing my drawing on their backs too!.. A huge thanks to both @badgeranddodo and @bakestonecafe ‘s staff for taking again such great care of everyone and allowing once again such a convivial coffee moment!

I apologise deeply for a few things:
-these sketches were very rough once again and not very looking alike.
-I wasn’t quick enough to draw all the competitors once they were on stage
-I watched and rewatched pictures/videos and yet was unable to identify everyone… I included some of the staff in the drawing too and never thought about asking for names once I was there…

I only hope these modest portraits will make some people smile!

✨️ 4TH PLACE AT THE IRISH AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIPS ✨️

We're absolutely delighted to share that our Head Barista, Sadhbh, finished 4th at the Irish AeroPress Championships in Cork on Friday. What a result 🥳👏🏼🎆

One of the highlights of the Irish specialty coffee calendar, the competition brings together some of the best baristas in the country.

Anyone who knows Sadhbh knows how much she loves coffee and how much thought and care she puts into everything she does. We couldn’t be happier for her. So well deserved ❤️

A big thank you to Badger & Dodo for organising such a great event in Cork, and congratulations to everyone who took part.
