PILATES PROPS 👏 If I use a prop in a Pilates class… WE USE IT.

My weapon of choice won’t always be there to make an exercise harder, though.

Sometimes it’s there for balance.
Sometimes support.
Alignment. Feedback. Muscle activation. Technique.

And sometimes… yes, it’s absolutely there for the extra spicy burn. 🌶️😂

I rarely use more than one prop in a class because I’d rather find a way to purposefully weave ONE prop through the entire workout than throw five different things at you.

One block. Multiple purposes. An entire class programmed around it. 👌

Burford, we’re coming to you! 🤍

I’m beyond excited to be hosting my very first SoSophie pop-up in the heart of beautiful Burford, and I couldn’t think of a lovelier place to do it!

Having spent so many happy hours wandering up and down Burford High Street, popping into its gorgeous independent shops (and doing rather too much shopping myself!), it feels especially lovely to be joining them for a week.

Even better, I’ll be in fabulous company alongside some wonderful brands, each bringing their beautiful collections:
