POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well @worldpowerorg 2026 wasn't the weekend I wanted or needed we hoping for.. I made mental mistakes on my opener and 2nd attempts on squats then gathered myself and talked with @bain316 who graciously helped me through squats with knee wraps and decided to shoot my shot at 555kg on my 3rd because as my gorgeous and overly supportive wife said "you don't come here to take tokens you come to compete".. so I stuck with the plan just didn't have it in me that day.. still had a great time with my family and watched my little experience her first flights and enjoy life some more..

On to the next one!!

Very fitting way to celebrate the five year anniversary of our (powerlifting) meet cute. Thanks for offering to help a stranger in 2021 who rolled up to a powerlifting meet alone and without a gd clue. I can’t believe how lucky I got.

Congratulations on a great showing at the WPO today and thanks to everyone who made it the most fun day.

I don’t really talk about my professional life on socials that much, in fact when most people meet me in the powerlifting world they are shocked to find out I have a completely different job than lifting, coaching and running @backalleybarbell - the truth is, I’m probably just as passion about the company I work for, the solutions we create, and the really cool shit we build across North America every single day.

To date, personally, this is the coolest deal I have ever cut. We at EquipmentShare are Beyond proud to be the official equipment sponsor of the Las Vegas Grand Prix… even more proud of the local team behind delivering solutions every single day for all of F1! Counting down the days till race week!! #EQPT

Had a good day but it started out a little shaky....tweaked groin a lil on a raw warmup which made me go in briefs earlier than i wanted and worked up to a nice solid single that was easy and was shut down there. As usual thanks to this amazing crew that pushes and keeps us all safe.

Last “rehab” post i’m going to write. These are atleast a week late, and about 120 days post my full pec tear and reattach ment - back over 600lbs on a straight bar squat, and over 400lbs on a raw bench in less than 4 months. I say it often, but GOD is so good. I GET to do this. I GET to put in this work. I am so fortunate to have this amazing team @backalleybarbell in my corner and Adam from @alignptlv - I didn’t think this was even possible - from day 1 he not only believed, but pushed me to do exactly that. I am grateful beyond words 🙏🏽

Haven't had my full gear on since June and it showed....had a couple of issues but finally figured some stuff out. But sometimes yiu just have to do what @memojustsaiyan says and acknowledge your tribal chief to get things back on track ☝️..lol.Next session will definitely be on point....good start to prep tho...Thanks everyone for all the help and keeping me safe.
