BIG NAMES. BIGGER HEARTS. THE BIGGEST APPLAUSE FOR UNSUNG HEROES. ❤️

Last night, Dubai’s culinary superstars came together for something truly extraordinary. Not to celebrate their own achievements, but to celebrate others.

At our first-ever international Hospitality Hope Icon Awards – Dubai Premiere, we honoured 25 high-quality, low-price, family-run hospitality gems. The unsung heroes whose food tells stories of sacrifice, perseverance, tradition and love.

What made the evening unforgettable was the generosity of those who already shine so brightly.

Chef Mohammad Orfali, Chef Salam Daqqaq, Chef Himanshu Saini, Chef Reif Othman, Chef Andy Cuthbert, Kyung Soo Moon, Chef Kelvin Cheung, and so many more gave their time, their presence and, above all, their hearts.

Alongside them, Panchali Mahendra, HE Jeff Strachan, Olivera Saponic, Mr. Taster, Sherif Tamin, Claudia Britto and Dubai's wonderful hospitality community stood together in support of our mission.

They weren't there to receive applause. They were there to GIVE it. ❤️

Three years of research, discoveries and filming journeys culminated in this unforgettable evening, as Hospitality Hope travelled from Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Goa and Bengaluru to make its international debut in Dubai.

My deepest gratitude to @iccadubai_iccaabudhabi, our generous hosts, and every extraordinary person who helped make this dream a reality.

Because great hospitality isn't measured by glamour or grandeur. It's measured by the HEART behind the food.

25 ICONS. COUNTLESS STORIES. ONE BEAUTIFUL MESSAGE OF HOPE.

Discover our 25 deserving Hospitality Hope Icons!

With immense love and gratitude,
Rashmi Uday Singh ❤️
