A few days on from our Sacred Mana Flow four-hands Lomi Lomi experience, and we’re feeling so much gratitude for the beautiful women who shared Sunday with us. 🤍

There is something about the meeting of two practitioners, four hands and the ancient art of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi that invites you into a different relationship with yourself. A space where you can soften, where you don’t need to lead or follow, and where receiving becomes its own kind of medicine.

Wai (water) was our guiding element for this experience. Ever moving, ever changing, water reminds us that we were never meant to remain fixed in one place. Within us, there are currents that need movement, emotions that need space, and parts of ourselves calling us home.

This is the meaning behind Sacred Mana Flow.

Sacred, because there is something deeply precious about the relationship we hold with ourselves. Mana, our inner strength - divine power that is ours to nurture and reclaim. Flow, because when we reconnect with that essence, we begin to see more clearly, make choices from a deeper place within, and move towards what feels true for us.

It’s an invitation to come back to yourself. Not as the woman everyone needs you to be, but as the woman you are beneath it all.

Four hands sharing one continuous movement. Two practitioners coming together in the spirit of aloha. A beautiful exchange of presence, care and connection.

To the women who joined us, mahalo for allowing us to share this experience with you. We hope you carry a little of that connection with you into the days ahead. 🌺

Our next Sacred Mana Flow experience will be held in November. We look forward to gathering again. 🤍. Mahalo nui loa. Mau and Michelle 🌺🌊🤲🏻🤲🏽

Can’t think.
Can’t sleep.
Can’t breathe.

Yeah… that’s what it looks like when you’ve been everywhere but inside your body.

Life gets loud, messy, overstimulating… and you get lost in it and you forget the most basic thing—come back home to you.

Te Taiao - Nature always knows how to pull you back though.
No pressure. No noise. Just Papa under your feet, fresh air in your chest, and a lil reminder of who you are when you’re not performing for the world.

From us 2 baddie healers a reminder: slow down, get outside, break the old cycles, drop the noise. No aesthetic, no performance. Just you walking, breathing, letting the ngahere reset your whole system like it’s always done.

The medicine is never far away.

Rewrite the narrative. Reclaim your story.

If I asked you to name everything you love,
how long would it take before you named yourself?

So often, you are the last one you choose. The last one you honour. The last one you see.

But you are not meant to live at the bottom of your own list.

This is your invitation to return -
to soften into yourself, to recognise your own worth, to speak your name with love.

You are not separate from what you seek
you are worthy of it too.

CHOOSE YOU • LOVE YOU
