Dealing with injuries last couple months forced me to increase my core training and work on spinal flexibility. Frustrated the weights weren't moving for me today, I decided to do a little core circuit! Any suggestions or fun workouts you'd like to share!??

When being 300lbs isnt enough resistance! Fought gravity with 2 added plates, trying to force my chest and triceps past their limit.
These are great for progressive overloading to help push past strength plateaus. They heavily target the lower pec muscles, but an overall great upper body movement

Building a burrito-proof core, one rep at a time. 😤Challenging my core stability with standing barbell rollouts (3x10reps), mountain climbers from inverted V-planks (3x10reps each move), and controlled leg raises (3x10 reps).
Anti-extension, dynamic movement, and hip-flexor control all in one circuit.

Modified belt squat marches!! Cut this vid down from 45sec march. Great lower body strength and conditioning excercise. Benefits include spinal decompression, glute and hip activation and core strength. Also low fatigue on the central nerbous system as a great warmup or accessory movement for legs.
I tried 3 sets at 45 sec to start. Will increase either volume of sets or length of time to challenge myself later

Highly effective b/c it combines the upper chest isolation of an incline press with the stability demands of a unilateral movement. Key points for performing...
*Enhanced time under tension and isometric work
*High anti-rotational core demand
*Elimination of muscle imbalances

Cold is more than a feeling—it’s a full-body response.

❄️

During whole-body cryotherapy, intense cold activates the nervous system and triggers the release of norepinephrine and adrenaline. Blood vessels temporarily constrict, pain signaling slows, and the body begins a powerful rewarming response afterward.

The result? Support for:

❄️ Muscle soreness and post-exercise recovery
❄️ Circulation and inflammatory response
❄️ Energy, alertness and mood
❄️ Fatigue and overall recovery

One 3–6 minute session. A whole-body reset.
Experience the science of cold at Arcane Wellness in Downtown San Diego.

Love that my life has turned into spending time with my people, working a job that I’ve created & that i love, hitting the gym, and then getting to do it all over again 🫶🏽

Only challenging part is slowing each day down in hopes to enjoy & live in the moment. Time flies when you’re livin’ 🎒
