POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We can’t remember a time or place where we’ve felt more relaxed. Still inside and out. Happy to sit with thoughts… or with nothing at all.

The water here is crystal clear, day trippers are few, and the mix of languages from fellow travellers is a joy to hear. Even locals from Rhodes escape here for a few days to unwind.

The harbour master keeps everything safe from the wild meltemi winds (35 kts last night), so it’s a gift to wake up to such stillness.

The locals? Lovely. A little reserved at first, but once they know you’re up for a laugh - pure gold. Like Eleni, who runs a gift and clothing shop halfway up the hillside. Greg nicknamed her “Medusa” for her amazing hair - she’s even thinking of naming her next shop that.

The most perfect way to finish our 3 weeks in the Greek Dodecanese islands. Next stop: Rhodes, Athens, then home.

Aerial yoga and beautiful people

Two blondes are better than one...right 😂

Saturday night dinner party style in Bali can be beachy style...or it is for me .

This is a versatile sarong I designed to go from the beach to a casual dinner....no shoes required.

This is my Aussie friend Linda over here doing an aerial yoga course.... she's a keen sailor, surfer, loves to travel like me, runs her own business providing labour for building projects...an interesting fun lady.

Have a sensational Saturday and don't forget to smile everyone 😁

Great days on the water are made with great mates, big smiles and laughter. We’ve had some epic regattas and races this year and @sail_paradise in early January was one of those regattas that we live for as sailors!

Thumbs up if you love full wet weather gear in summer heat, pfd’s over 2-3m bar swell, squalls at the mark and bruises! Sail paradise was a blast, excited for a year of sailing challenges and memories 🤙🏼

Sail Paradise week ⛵️💛 wonderful few days of sailing and racing with a fab crew! Get you a crew who laughs along with you when you’re chucking over the side, huddles together with zero visibility in 30+ knot pelting squalls and surfs their way through the danger of the seaway bar together. Thanks to @sailorgirlhq for the photos ✌🏼

Ripper of a day yesterday, didn’t get any footage of me tossing my biscuits or the delightful squalls we got (on the wrong side of the windward mark) so here’s a wild one of us crossing the bar!

Testing out my foredeck skills with a few different sail changes the last 2 days (and testing out the durability of my glove palms in 20-35kn today on the jib trim upwind). Lovely little main-less sail today with a couple of other sailors who braved the gale force warning with us again ⛵️✌🏼
