I’m genuinely the happiest in nature. Like I thriveeee being outside. I love Alberta but the nature in BC is unmatched… feeling so much gratitude. Bonus points for no mosquitoes ;) in my mind it’s now fall !! I love a summer to autumn transition and I will be romanticizing fall starting from TODAY while still enjoying that it’s not cold yet. As I’m writing this I just realized that August was my best month in 2026 so far mentally and that just makes me feel even more gratitude & slightly emotional, it feels like the perfect “end” to summer- Ready for all the pumpkin spiceee, cozy vibes, gilmore girls, and twilight szn babyyy (pls tell I’m not the only one)🍂🍯🧦🕯️

Every Sunday, my mom used to make cinnamon rolls for me and my friends to eat for breakfast. Then, I just stopped eating them. It could be because I became more interested in other foods, but I have a feeling I let diet culture influence my actions. There is no problem with having an icing-covered cinnamon roll once in a while! This really brought back some memories of my sleepovers with friends, and I am really glad I can eat a cinnamon roll with no guilt attached!
