September Recap- A month of heavy weights(350lb trap bar deadlift & 150lb sandbags carry which I "loved" so much)and equally heavy introspective thoughts. I finally went back to playing some disc golf and man did I miss it(enjoy the video of my subpar putt courtesy of @sincere.simone). Enjoy the wonderful quotes I saw and heard this month, and I also finally got my copy of the long await and highly anticipated "Hybrid" from the goats @thecozmikcollector @thespeedsultan @ehamburgart @lukedockery_art2 @projectnaosis and safe to say this was so worth the wait with how PEAK it was, also you know I had to get the cards aswell

July Recap- Pretty decent month, got to watch my four legged nieces and nephews while my brother @cloud_mamba moved(thanks again for letting us watch them, it was such a fun time), got to watch the new spider-man movie early, and like any great person in their 20s before me I had an existential crisis, but we back and we up. Also as per usual I hit some more PRs in the gym

"April Sights and Sound"- Overall a really good month, I got a lot of photos this time(though I feel like half of them are throwaways at best), also shout out @saragwens for getting two amazing photos of me(and a new favorite candid photo of me) (also as I make this post I just want to go ahead and say, no I don't want to talk about game 6 of Hawks vs Knicks)

March Recap(or as I like to call it the "sights and sound(specifically just whatever song I was really listening to during the month) of march") Overall a really good month(might be my bias cause its my birth month, also pretend I put some "quirky" caption that involved me turning 24), lots of good memories and moments, also shout out canva and your collage templates for making this post look very clean and cool, well I hope you enjoy and till next month's recap!

P.S. I felt like a content creator with that last line

This is a long awaited video that I wanted to do cause its been a whole year I've been going consistently to the gym(maybe not this exact format of video, but the idea of it), so I hope you enjoy this and know that I felt lowkey vulnerable posting(mainly cause I don't like how my voice sounds in videos/voice recordings sometimes), also enjoy the parts you can 1000% tell I did a voice over or had to redo a voice over for. Also finally even though I say it a lot in the video once again thank you @jonathanpritchet & @balrogstrengthsystems for being one of the best trainers of all time(ive only had one, but the bar for any future ones will be very high now)
