Today @cydneychandler took us to Adrienne’s infamous Tuesday 5pm class at our Judah studio in the Inner Sunset. 🔥

Meet our hotter, older sister. Our OG location, where we turn up the heat, embrace the sweat, and leave it all on the mat.

Don’t worry, we’ve got towels, showers to cool you down and plenty of neighborhood gems just down the street to refuel after class. ✨

Come for the sweat, stay for the community. 🤍

What would you tell someone going to our Judah location for the first time????

A little glimpse into Cydney’s Monday 5:30pm flow with @hlybnds 🧘‍♀️

Balboa pro tips:

🚗 Parking: It can be easy or tricky depending on timing. The closer you arrive to class start, the fewer spots you’ll find, so give yourself a few extra minutes. Bonus: check out the bridge views at 21st and Balboa while you’re at it.

👜 Coming from work? Head straight to the back room and use our changing area and take a peak at our secret garden in the back 🪴

🔥 Choose your heat: Want a little extra warmth? Set up near one of our infrared heaters. Prefer less? Plenty of spots are away from them. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure situation.

Got another pro tip to add? Drop it ⬇️
See you on the mat! 🤍

This week, we’re following @cydneychandler’s yoga journey at The Shala 🧘‍♀️✨ with classes that fit her after-work schedule.

She loves a good flow with friends (and the post-class catch-up 😉), so why not book a class she’s signed up for and make it a date?

💬 What are your go-to classes each week? Drop them below ⬇️ and tag your favorite yoga buddy to flow with!

Our 2026 Yoga Teacher Training students are graduating, and they’re throwing a disco party on the mat to celebrate. Join our newest teachers for 90 minutes of vinyasa set to a disco soundtrack.

This class is donation-based with a $20 minimum, and 100% of proceeds go to the Art of Yoga Project, a local nonprofit bringing yoga and art programs to Bay Area youth. Stick around after class for a pastry and art pop-up, where every sale supports the cause too.

All levels welcome. Bring water, a towel, and your best disco energy.

Thank you for helping us ring in the Shala’s 4th bday at Flower Piano in the Botanical Gardens. We are so grateful to be so close to the park, in such a vibrant neighborhood, and for this top tier community.

YTT weekend ✌🏼is complete and this cohort is competing for the title of the best dance parties. There was so much growth, vulnerability, and c presence in the space this weekend and we are inspired by the magic and transformation.
Our next weekend of YTT is Sept 18-20. Mark your calendars and book a class in advance at balboa to practice with them.
