Meet these fabulous ladies from @bamyard_ Joux La Ville & Avalon, France 🇫🇷 who love to stay fit, unwind after work, and bring pure energy to the dance floor! 💃🏽✨ They were so excited to learn from and dance with Jamaican Dancehall teacher @latonyastyle during her Europe Tour 2025 🇪🇺🌍 Dance Fitness is more than just exercise, it’s therapy, confidence, and freedom of expression for women. ❤️‍🔥 It helps us release stress, reconnect with our bodies, and celebrate our strength and femininity through movement. 💪🏽💫 Big shoutout to @sarah.kartel #DanceFitJa 1st. Certified #FemaleDancehallREP for organizing and inviting Latonya to her home town. Her vibe and initiative made this moment extra special! 🙌🏾 #LatonyaStyleInEurope #DanceFitJamaica #DancehallToTheWorld #FemaleEmpowerment #DanceFitness #BrandJamaica #EuropeTour2025

#bamyard #dansefemmes #dancehallfrance #yonnebouge #puissanceféminine #danse #dancehall #confianceensoi #yonne #bourgogne #coursdedanse
