Hey Birmingham! I’m Debby, and this is my second year participating in the Wellness Passport!

As a photographer, I spend a lot of my days behind the camera, so I love that the Passport gives me an excuse to step away from work, move my body, and try something new.

I’ve especially loved taking classes with friends, meeting new people, and discovering even more of what Birmingham has to offer. We have SO many incredible local businesses, and getting to support them while finding new ways to move my body is one of my favorite parts of the Passport.

A few of my favorites this year have been @barre3birmingham Strength class, @mpowerbhm, @purebarrebirmingham, @theoptimistpilates, @thewrkt.bham, and @banditbham. And yes, apparently I really like Pilates.

So excited to keep checking off my Passport and trying even more!
