We welcome Banesa Tseki, Founder of B.Creative & Co-Founder of Nest Space and a long standing Fix House Friend, to the Areyegaelenna x Letsatsi le Hlabile Experience.

The House has been a champion for the grounding sessions of our experiences and that is because we recognise how spiritually charged this work is.

Our friend understands this too. Her multidisciplinary practice sits at the intersection of wellness, storytelling, culture, and community. It seemed almost obvious to invite her back to help our guests find grounding with exploring the homestead of our host family.

This experience is set to be one that stirs konversations around healing and great joy, about heritage versus inheritance. We cannot wait to be a part of it.

She missed the EC experience physically, but this time, time said YES!

Don’t miss out! Secure your spot by following the link in our bio.

Where do I begin… 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

This past Wednesday marked my second week teaching yoga at 📍Nike Stadium, and believe it or not… I was still nervous. 😅

The anxiety I’ve carried since the day I got the offer is something I can’t quite explain. The night before my first class, I barely slept. I felt like a child getting ready for a school trip! I was up early, bathed, and ready to go.

Now, those who know me know that my dress code isn’t exactly 100% gym-girl approved. 😂 So the first challenge was the outfit. To make matters worse, half of my branded socks are other brands, and there was absolutely no way I was walking into Nike wearing the other branded apparel. Stress number one! 😂

Then came the next dilemma: leggings or harem pants? Thankfully, my Afro wasn’t an issue. The real challenge was worrying about how I would be perceived. But I reminded myself that it’s normal to want to fit in and be liked. At the same time, if I have to change who I am just to belong, then that’s not really belonging at all.

So I wore what felt comfortable and true to me… and, of course, my Nike shoes. 😂👟

The drive there felt surprisingly short. I think my nerves made the journey fly by. But once I arrived, the ice was broken, the class flowed, and I could finally breathe. What a relief.

Now here we are in week two, and although the butterflies are still fluttering, they’re slowly becoming a reminder that I’m growing. I’m learning to trust myself a little more with every class, and I’m deeply grateful for this journey.

A heartfelt thank you to @banesa.creative for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. 🙏🏾 Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d have the chance to teach on a platform like this. Moments like these remind me that God and the Universe truly know how to show off.

To everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, attended a class, or simply believed in me—thank you. Your love carries me more than you know.

My heart is full. I am grateful. I am trusting the process. And I’m excited to see where this journey leads. 🤍✨

Somewhere between beginner and advanced is the real practice.

The return to fundamentals.
The refinement.
The discipline of doing simple things exceptionally well.

This Sunday, The Nest Space gathers again for an intimate full day Asana immersion with Mandla, focused on alignment, technique, micro adjustments, and the architecture behind the practice.

This is for the intimidated. For the curious. And the practitioners ready to sharpen their edge.

Because the strongest yogis are built on foundations.

Limited to 5 spots.
DM to reserve.

If you feel genuinely called to attend but finances are a barrier, reach out to us privately. We believe practice should still remain accessible where possible.
