A belated Christmas drawing of my wife and me. Trying to get back into drawing traditionally more. It’s been a fun change of pace.

My wife got a coffee maker for Christmas and she’s been really enjoying playing barista. I decided to do this little doodle to commemorate the occasion.

Nice little day off with the wife yesterday doing absolutely nothing. It was wonderful! (I probably should’ve fed her more…) 😅😅 @bapgrl

There are 2 kinda of artists in life: those that buy just what they need…. And then there’s me 😅

Tried the “Ghibli” style for a drawing of my wife and me. Didn’t quite get it but at least it was still drawn by a human 👀👀

Because yesterday was my wife and my 2nd anniversary, I thought it would be nice to share this drawing I did of the 2 of us awhile ago. #artoftheday #instaart #digitalart #caricature #caricatureart #abstractart #colorart #painting #justforfun

Ending the year out with a collection of sketches, doodles, and scribbles I’ve done while hanging out with my lovely wife. This year has had many ups and downs but I can say this, I wouldn’t trade a second of it for anything. I’m beyond blessed for the life I have and the people I call family 💛 #artoftheday #artoftheyear #yearlyrecap #endof2024 #artwork #sketch #drawing #couple #wife #artist #inkart #digitalart #sketchart #comic #lifecomic #justforfun

Starting off December with a drawing I did of my lovely wife and me in a Peanuts style. I watched the peanuts movie the other day and honestly, it was so cute that I cried. #artoftheday #instaart #sketchart #comicart #christmascard #cartoonart #charlesschulz #peanuts #snoopy #woodstock #familytime #justforfun

Another story time entry from Japan:

My wife and I were recommended a wonderful ramen restaurant by the wonderful @cj_hitomi_ishihara so we decided to check it out. When we got in, we take a seat and get brought over a menu. I had been practicing how to order in Japanese so I told @bapgrl that I would order for us. Well….translator apps aren’t ALWAYS the MOST accurate. I order our food and the server just looks up at me and looks over at her and says something back in Japanese. I panic and just nod my head. He shrugs his shoulders and leaves. After a couple highballs, what shows up was NOT in fact a food portion for just me. It is a FAMILY SIZED PORTION OF RAMEN!!! Like freaking humongous!!! Of course, my momma didn’t raise no b***h so naturally we attempted to eat the whole thing. Struggling, we make it through the whole pot until just the broth remained. I was BEYOND tapped out. My poor wife barely keeping it together. Finished? NO! The server sees we just have broth left and comes back with ENOUGH NOODLES TO TAKE DOWN AN ELEPHANT! We couldn’t stop laughing we were in such disbelief about the whole ordeal. We are as much as we could and the server gave us a thumbs up and a surprised look 😂 moral of the story, don’t trust your translator app! #artoftheday #instaart #storytime #storyboard #storyteller #cartoonart #brizzy #adayinthelife #justforfun
