Meet Fan & Xu — the duo behind Long Fong Beijing. 🇨🇳

This Thursday, they’re bringing a little piece of Beijing to Cabinet 8, including one of Long Fong’s signatures: their deconstructed Apple Martini. 🍎

Familiar, but not quite the way you know it.

Join us for one night of guest pours, good company, and a few Beijing signatures behind the bar.
