🇬🇷✨ You don’t always need a flight to Greece… sometimes you just need a table at PYRO in London. 🔥

I discovered Pyro in London Bridge and honestly… for a few hours, it felt like I’d left London completely. The atmosphere, the flavours, the fire-cooked food and that laid-back Greek taverna feeling make you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere on the Mediterranean. 🌊☀️

And the FOOD… 🤌🏼

The dips with that incredible potato pita/bread were a serious highlight — warm, fluffy, fire-kissed and basically made for scooping up every last bit. The halloumi was so good, and the crispy layered potatoes? 🔥🥔 You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about when you try them.

What I loved most is that Pyro isn’t trying to be a traditional Greek restaurant. It takes those familiar Greek flavours and gives them a modern, fire-led twist, with Greek inspiration running through everything from the food to the cocktails and atmosphere.

It’s one of those places where you go for dinner and somehow feel like you’ve had a mini holiday. 🇬🇷✨

One of those spots you NEED to visit before summer is officially over 🥹

We booked Baraki @baraki.pyro, @pyro.restaurant ‘s super cute outdoor terrace, and genuinely forgot we were in London for a second.

What we ordered: 🫓 Trio of dips + potato pita — a MUST 🦪 Bloody Mary Maldon oysters
🐟 Coal seared swordfish & grapefruit 🧀 BBQ halloumi, Greek honey & pistachio 🦑 Scorched cuttlefish & tarama 🍤 Prawn saganaki & smoked mizithra

Everything is chargrilled, smoky and packed with flavour. Honestly some of the best Mykonos-style Greek food I’ve had in London 🇬🇷 literally feels like Greece without leaving london⭐️ Can’t wait to go back for the actual dining experience at Pyro main dining area! Also the bill was surprisingly not as spenny!

🍸 The artichoke margaritas were an absolute showstopper. Smoky, savoury, unexpected—and dangerously easy to drink.

The food is smoky, punchy and gloriously over the top. Everything comes kissed by the fire, from the pillowy potato pita to the juicy lamb kofta, while the terrace delivers serious Greek holiday energy in the heart of London. 🔥🇬🇷
