The big day is approaching!

The first ever National Youth Parade in Caribbean history followed by a Cultural Extravaganza will take place in exactly 7 days!

On Friday, September 29th, starting at Kensington Oval at 10:00 a.m., young people under the age of 30, who are a part of armed, unarmed, community and cultural groups, will present a military style parade and proceed to Queen’s Park with marching, music and dance in commemoration of the Commonwealth Year of the Youth and Caribbean Youth Day!

The day will culminate with a Cultural Extravaganza at Queen’s Park, which commences at 1:00 p.m., and will feature young local artistes such as Tae Shontae that will surely put on a grand performance!

The locations for ticket collection will be announced soon, please stay tuned. Come out and support as we energize, engage, empower and envision our youth!

Award Units are the hotbed of Award activity. Participants are invited to pursue the Award through an Award Unit, led by a volunteer Adult Leader who provides training and guidance.

There are Award Units at almost all local public and private secondary and tertiary institutions , as well as within several youth and community organizations

There are also two Open Groups which welcomes teens and young adults not associated with these groupings.

Want to set up an Award Unit in your company or organization? Contact Us for more information.
