Morning Mindset was 🔥 today. We went deep on what actually matters right now:

📉 2/1 buydowns — how they work and when to use them
🏷️ Price adjustments — reading the market, not chasing it
💰 Inflation — what it means for buyers, sellers, and your business

We do this so we’re more educated for our clients. That’s the standard here.

If you’re an agent who wants to be in rooms like this every morning — where you actually learn the market instead of just hearing about it — let’s talk. Thinking about a move? Click here: https://andoverhomecenter.yourkwoffice.com/join-our-team or just send me a DM.

Apparently if you keep showing up to a construction site long enough, they eventually build you a building.

Who knew. 😂

Walls. Siding. Doors. Windows.

We’re getting dangerously close to having to stop calling this a construction project and start calling it real estate.

Tremendous.

Amesbury is coming to life.

And yes, I personally counted the windows.

I used to think that after COVID, people just stopped gathering in real estate offices.

Then I started looking around our Market Center. ❤️

Swing by on any given Wednesday and you’ll see agents laughing, talking, networking, sharing ideas, and—of course—enjoying a homemade lunch from Chrissula like we’re sitting around a family dinner table. 🍽️

It doesn’t feel like an office.

It feels like family.

And that difference has a name: CULTURE. 🏡❤️

Because the right environment doesn’t just build businesses—it builds relationships, friendships, and people.
