There are men I have known for many years . Some set the example for the younger generation in as many ways possible.
Physical health, spiritual health , psychological health .
Sadly there are also so many men who set a bad example for the next generation of men coming through.
Let the strength of the good men prevail.
It is easy to just go with the flow , everyone can do that.
Stopping the flow takes courage and conviction.

I honestly can’t drink my water without my @bare_ayr anymore! Absolutely OBSESSED with the Iced Tea flavour, especially with summer around the corner! ☀️

It’s refreshing, tastes SO good, and the best part? It’s not just about the flavour!

It contains all 9 essential amino acids that my body needs to support muscle recovery and maintenance, which becomes even more important as we age. 💪🏼

LOL… did I mention 49 INCOMING?! 🎂😂

Ageing? Absolutely.
Slowing down? NOT ON MY WATCH! 😂

Here’s my link to get yours…. Use and save it … https://www.bareayr.co.za/?ref=8E7C27
