Some people start martial arts to learn self defense, some start to compete… and a lot of people just sign up to move their bodies and lose some weight!

But I always say, start martial arts to meet YOURSELF, the real you, the person you know you can be.

It won’t be easy and surely won’t happen overnight but if you stay true to the path of a martial artist, you will create the best version of YOU.

Meet yourself.

We are building something special here in South County.

Congratulations to all of our new students who decided to take the leap into their mixed martial arts journey, brick by brick we break eachother down every week only to build each other up the next!

Big shoutout to @rigbybennett_ for already helping his peers in his first month of training!

HISTORY MADE FOR NORTH KINGSTOWN!!!

Kaz Morosetti is the 1st New England Champion in Skippers history!!! Along the way he beat four of the best heavyweights in New England, including the 2nd and 3rd place finisher in his bracket!!

He finishes his senior campaign going undefeated with a record of 43-0 and has cemented himself as the greatest wrestler in program history! Kaz looks to keep it rolling at Nationals in 2 weeks, where he will compete under Top Flight, as he looks to earn a National Championship!

We wish him nothing but the best when he competes at NHSCA Nationals, and as he continues his career at Columbia University!
