How lucky am I?!?! 😌

To not only have a job doing what I love, but to work alongside and learn from some of the very best to ever do it.

Josh Rowe. Jim Spier. Paul Limmer. Tim Fulton... just to name a few.

These are people whose vision, passion, and dedication have created opportunities for generations of young athletes, including me. I still have plenty of pinch-me moments realizing I get to learn from them and be part of this incredible team.

Nike Outdoor Nationals and the U20 Champkonships were nothing short of spectacular.
❇️Nearly 7,000 athletes competed across Nike Outdoor Nationals and the USATF U20 Championships—a new all-time NSAF record
❇️1 National Record
❇️2 National Class Records
❇️33 Meet Records
❇️8 Hayward Field Records
❇️42% of the USATF U20 team heading to the World Athletics U20 Championships are current or former athletes from NSAF development programs. (Take a bow, @mechellelewisfreeman 🙇‍♀️)

Watching thousands of athletes, coaches, and families experience Hayward Field while chasing their dreams made every long day worth it.

Here’s to another unforgettable year of NON💚

Javfest 2026 was absolutely awesome! I had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest coaches in the sport, compete with some fantastic throwers, and gain new friends. Thank you to @barry_krammes and the other coaches for putting on such a fantastic event.

I went into this meet with zero expectations as it was my first in two years, and second in the last four. I really have not been preparing for it as I’ve been training for the Apex but I figured it would be fun to just get out there and throw in a really fun environment.

Ended up placing 🥉 in the Men’s Open with a 62.37 - 204’7 ft toss on my final throw in flight 2.

It was a massive PR from my old PR from 2022 (56.85m - 185’6) but I definitely feel there is a lot more in the tank.

Huge shoutout to @_ethan.dabbs for coaching me up in flight 2 and helping me make the adjustments to hit some big throws. It was awesome to have a former American Champion and one of my favorite throwers in my corner, helping me throw a new PR.

Also thanks to @jacked.javelin for coaching me up in the finals. Once the elbow is healed up we’re coming back for some monster numbers.

When I finish training for Apex Boston in August, consider this my official full time return announcement to the sport of Javelin 😤

Video 2 - Deep Foul (with a truly valiant save attempt 😌)
Video 3 - 53m easy opener, to establish my run up and make sure my mark was on (didn’t get a full run up in during warmups)

American JavFest 2026 💫💜 Thank you to all of the people and coaches who make this meet as amazing as it is. I had so much fun and I loved finishing out my high school career on a runway I’ve made so many memories on!

Had a great time competing at the 2026 American Jav Fest. Not my best performance but still a good step in the right direction leading into the 2026 USATF World U20 Championships. 🌎😎

A huge thank you to @barry_krammes for putting together this awesome meet as always, and shoutout @briggsy.throws for the sick shot from the end of the runway💯👏
