We’re doing a nice chill 12 mile route tonight. South on Husband to 68th, then over the Washington to head back downtown. We’ll hang out at Stonecloud and hear some harrowing tales from some of our Mega MidSouth riders. This one will be killer, we’ve got unbelievable weather to ride in, LFG!! 🚲🍻❤️

We’re rolling over to Sanborn Lake tonight. Mostly pavement all the way there, followed by some sweet singletrack around the lake. This will be a good one, bring the good vibes and charge those lights!

Saturday! Group rides continue! Sept 12th. We’ll have a 20 & 30 mile option heading into the rollers and our favorite roads southwest of town. Leaving District at 8am and hitting Stonecloud after for recovery beverages. Turnout has been great the past few weeks! Thanks to everyone that’s been coming. Hope to see you there! We’re in cruiser mode for tonight, slow rolling to the Botanic Garden. Pro-tip, you can carry frosty treats in a thermos and enjoy a cool refreshment in the treehouse once we arrive. We’ll do a casual lap of the garden and then head back to @stonecloudbrewingstw for some A/C and cold drinks. Perfect ride for a first-timer!

It’s hot out there, so tonight’s ride will be a chill cruise to Couch Park in search of shade. Chill vibes only, prepare to vibe. Once we get too toasty, we’ll head to Stonecloud for AC and cold drinks.

The roads are going to be saturated AF from all the rain, so we’re going to ride a primarily paved route tonight, to Sanborn Lake. We’ll be on bike paths and neighborhood streets until we hit the short amount of singletrack to get us to the lake. 10ish mile round trip, 10-12mph pace. Rolling at 6:15!

Ya’ll it’s hot AF and it’s going to be super windy later. Pack a cold beverage and some snacks to share, let’s have a little hangout in the treehouse tonight! Super short ride, less than 5 miles round-trip. Any bike will do for this one, perfect ride for a first-timer too! Rolling from @districtbicycles at 6:15 😘

⚠️WEDNESDAY FRIENDSDAY RIDE GUIDE⚠️

1️⃣ DON’T PASS THE RIDE LEADER! The leader is there to set the pace, keep the group together, guide the route, and insure that the entire group rides together.

2️⃣ THIS IS A NO-DROP RIDE! We will regroup as needed so that nobody rides alone!

3️⃣ BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS! There will be riders of all experience levels present, and we are riding on public roads, so just be cool.

4️⃣ FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE ROAD! We will stop at stop lights, stop or yield at stop signs, signal our turns and generally not ride like a pack of jerks.

5️⃣ HELMETS AND LIGHTS REQUIRED! We are riding off-road and we often ride treacherous terrain. It’s fun, but inherently dangerous, so let’s be responsible and wear helmets.

We’re going on a birdwatching ride! 🦅🦆🦜🦢 Our friends at the Payne Co Audubon Society want you to know that birdwatching kits can be checked out from the Stillwater Public Library, so you’ve got time to get your gear! We’ll be riding a mostly paved route to Sandborn Lake, which is an excellent birdwatching destination. Less than 10 miles round-trip, 10-12mph pace. Bring snacks to share, and picnic blankets and camp chairs if you want, this will be our primary hangout for the evening. We expect to be at the lake for at least an hour, but will stay as long as we’re having fun. Don’t forget your lights and a helmet, this will be a good one tonight!

We’re watching the weather, it looks like we’ll be in the clear by this evening. Route will be determined by the amount of rain we get today. We’re riding either way, don’t forget lights and a helmet!
