True friends stab you in the fucking front. 🔪

A couple of people genuinely thought I was being serious with the whole “Top 10 Hot Bounce Bingo” thing.

Some of the shit I was saying was I thought the joke was pretty clear.

Going in ain’t on the path

But to the people who actually reached out and questioned me, I appreciate it.

At least you had the guts and the balls to question my thinking instead of just watching quietly.

I think that’s what shapes how I try to show up as a coach, as human being and an athlete👏🏼

What you give doesn’t always come back but what you give is who you are.

I want to listen.
I want to help.
I want you to leave feeling better than when I first met you.
I want to train to improve

Whether I’m coaching, training or simply being a friend, that’s how I want to show up. Not because I expect anything in return, but because that’s the kind of person I choose to be.
