We are incredibly proud to announce that DAWO has won BEST THRILLER SHORT FILM at the Berlin Indie Awards / Berlin International ShortFest 2026 🇩🇪🏆🎬

After winning Best Thriller in Stockholm 🇸🇪, DAWO receives its second international award — this time in Berlin.

This one is especially meaningful to us. Berlin and Germany will soon become part of Material Cinema’s international expansion as we begin building new commercial routes, partnerships and opportunities in the country.

DAWO was made with minimal resources, but with extraordinary talent, commitment and energy. Seeing it continue to travel and earn recognition around the world makes us incredibly proud.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Berlin, we’ll see you soon. 🇩🇪🖤
