Saw this font on Photoshop on my flight and it felt so nostalgic to Graffiti Creator by MindGem back in the 2000's. That website was absolutely bomb.

A few carefully chosen upgrades over the past few weeks. Subtle refinements, noticeable gains. Every detail counts when you’re chasing the perfect ride. ⚙️🚴‍♂️

Had some pain in my perinium and a little bit of back pain after an extended period of time on the bike.

Booked in with @gemelise_ at @baseline.cc who worked with me around my setup.

I didn't want to change this sick dog stem out so that meant one thing. The bike wasn't going to need the work. I was.

Glute, core and foot exercises are now vital for me to be able to sustain the stretched out posision.

If your bike doesn't fit you, there's almost always potential to work towards it.

Don't neglect the off-the-bike work.
Don't neglect seeing a good bike fitter if you've got niggles.

I love taking videos of my mates but it's so nice being on this side of the cam!

For those following along, I finally got my bike fit with Gemma at @baseline.cc

We went through previous injuries.
What my goals are for the fit.
Any niggles or discomfort I have.

Starting at the cleats, Gemma adjusted my left cleat which brought both feet to the same angle.

She took my measurements and I hopped on the bike.
I'd always felt the saddle on my soft tissue and felt like I wanted to sit forward.
This was a result of too high a saddle height and 'sitting' on the saddle rather than hinging on it.

It's one thing to just make all the changes for me but she brought me along on the journey and helped me to understand each change that she made.

If you'd like a bike fit or you have some discomfort, I couldn't recommend Gemma highly enough.
