Strength first. Recovery next. Mobility always. 💪🏼🔴🧘🏼‍♀️

Upper body lift done, red light after, yoga next.

At this stage of life, I’m not training just to “look fit.” I want to stay strong, capable, mobile, and resilient for decades to come.

The physique is a byproduct.
The real goal is lifelong health.

Consistency over extremes. Always.

❤️ A huge thank you to our incredible community partners for believing in this initiative.

Aspen for Venezuela wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of local businesses and individuals coming together to help families affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela.

A special thank you to @djnakag for donating his time and talent to help make this event possible. 🎶

We’re truly grateful for your support and proud to have you with us.

If your business would still like to donate a product, service, experience, or silent auction item before Thursday, we’d love to hear from you.

Together, we will make a real difference. ❤️🇻🇪

Anyone else get the mid-summer powder blues?

While everyone else is chasing the beach, we’re over here flipping through last winter’s photos, missing cold mornings, first chair, and that feeling of clicking into skis.

So here’s a rewind to one of our favorite long weekends.

How to Dirtbag Ski Bum Aspen

People think Aspen has to come with a luxury price tag.

We found a different way.

Seven days on our Ikon Pass meant the skiing was already covered. We skipped the fancy hotel, parked up in our favorite undisclosed overnight spot, packed our lunches, brewed camp coffee, and spent our money where it counted.

Every morning started at Spring Café. Healthy breakfast, great coffee, and enough fuel to ski from first chair until our legs gave out.

The days were simple. Ski hard. Wander town. Browse the gear shops. Head back to camp for dinner.

Our one splurge?

A stop at Base State Longevity for a sauna, cold plunge, shower, and B12 shot before pointing the truck toward home. After a few days on the mountain, it felt like the perfect reset.

That’s our version of Aspen.

Not about five-star hotels.

Just good snow, camp coffee, packed lunches, tired legs, and making the most of every Ikon day.

Hopefully this little rewind helps cure the powder blues until winter rolls around again.

Where’s the first place you’re heading when the snow starts flying?

Aspen in the summer hits different—especially when you skip the usual spots and uncover the hidden gems.✨🏔️

We recently designed a week for a client and their family, blending high-style mountain lifestyle with deeply restorative wellness. Swipe through to see a few of the highlights we planned:

🏡 Stay: White Elephant Aspen. A hidden sanctuary tucked away in the residential West End—perfectly cozy for families but packed with boutique luxury resort perks.

🧘 Recharge: A post-hike biohacking circuit at Base State, featuring infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy.

🍷 Dine: Cache Cache like a local. Snagging a high-top right next to the open-wall windows for that perfect indoor-outdoor summer vibe.

🎼 Learn: A lazy Sunday afternoon at the Klein Music Tent, complete with a sumptuous, custom-curated picnic and world-class classical serenades.

Whether it’s adventure, gastronomy, or pure relaxation, the perfect itinerary is all in the details.

Ready to plan your escape? Click the link in our bio to connect.

With much love to runners, plz try this the next time you travel…

The local heat-and-cold spot is the fastest backstage pass you can get in a new city. You go in, end up talking to the owner, and whoever’s sitting next to you, and suddenly you’ve got a rec for the best latte in town, a dinner spot, a trail you would’ve never found on Google. The beauty of connection + sweat + osmosis.

I’ve done this in Stockholm and Aspen on back-to-back work trips. Both times I got a taste of the local culture and vibes, then walked out feeling not only like I knew the city better…but also like my body was reset at the cellular level—plane seat stiffness gone, jet lag diluted, everything felt better.

You don’t just see a city when you do it like this. You feel a little more inside it! Where should I sauna next my friends?! 👇❤️‍🔥

It’s been a fall of beauty and loss. Cherished time with family and friends and quiet moments in my own solitude 🍂

✨Tapping into the energy of the seasons✨

Transitioning from a sedentary, busy, heads down winter - into the beauty of spring, feeling that rebirth through sunshine and nature, and the renewal of energy and life that comes with it.
Spring focus is relentless self-care, more time connecting with my people, and travel.
Happy spring equinox🌞🌸🌷🌱☯️☀️

Living high vibing on my own supply 🙏 if you would have told my 20 year old self that living life not only alcohol free but completely sober would be it, I’m not so sure I would have believed you. That’s the beauty of aging, you tap into more of who you really are UNAPOLOGETICALLY and you keep going despite what the crowd is doing. No place within myself I’d rather be than right where I am. #soberliving #sober
