People ask what I do for work and then immediately regret asking.

No, I’m not giving anyone drugs.

Yes, people do meet alternate versions of themselves.

Yes, it works. 😅

Follow for healing, consciousness, and slightly unhinged spiritual embodiment. 😊🦋

The party girl to sound bath pipeline is real.

I used to think a fun night meant drinks, loud music, spontaneous bar hopping, and pretending I was extraverted.

Now I want dim lighting, a blanket, weighted eye mask, a sound bath, and a deep quantum meditation.

Healing changed what I crave.

Less escaping, more presence.
Less noise, more peace.
Less waking up anxious, more waking up feeling like myself.

My nights look very different now.

And honestly… I love this version of me.

Follow for healing, perspective shifts, and habits that bring you back to yourself 🫶

Welcome to the new frequency. ✨

RESET is an immersive neuroscience and sound experience designed to guide the body through Alpha, Beta, and Theta brainwave states, helping regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and unlock deeper states of clarity and alignment.

Through breathwork, movement, meditation, sound healing, and immersive frequencies, guests are guided through a full sensory state shift designed to restore the mind, body, and energy.

Part ritual. Part nervous system reset. Part transformation.
Unlike anything else in New York. 🤍 #highvibesonly #nycwellness #joedispenza #higherfrequency #nervoussystemhealing
