Well, apparently my sign is getting more attention AFTER the shows than it did DURING them! 😂 But hey, I’ll take it!

First, I was spotted in someone’s TikTok, and then my sign made an appearance on Basically Hollywood’s Instagram! Never imagined my little menopause joke would get this much attention!

But while I absolutely love the laughs and attention, there’s something I want to make very clear.

Menopause isn’t unhinged. But it can certainly make you FEEL that way.

My sign was meant to be funny. It was me making light of my own reality, finding humor in something that, quite frankly, isn’t always funny.

Because menopause is no joke.

For many women, it can be frightening, overwhelming, and genuinely life-altering. It can leave you feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, and sometimes even robbed of the woman and the life you once knew. Your body changes. Your mind changes. And sometimes you barely recognize the person looking back at you in the mirror.

And the hardest part? So many women are navigating it quietly, feeling like they’re supposed to just deal with it.

So yes, I made a ridiculous sign and held it up at a Harry Styles concert. I laughed. Other people laughed. And I hope even more people laugh when they see it.

But behind that humor is a very real experience shared by millions of women.

If my silly little sign makes someone laugh, wonderful. But if it also makes another woman feel a little less alone, then it has accomplished something far greater than getting Harry’s attention.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that we can still laugh, dance, sing at the top of our lungs, and find joy in the middle of life’s most challenging transitions.

I’m 54. I’m still going to concerts, still making memories, still finding joy, still having adventures, and still unapologetically doing the things I love.

Menopause may be changing parts of my life, but it doesn’t get to define my life.

We’re not done living. We’re just navigating a new chapter. And we deserve to talk about it.

And yes, that includes holding up a ridiculous sign at a Harry Styles concert! ❤️😂 💋🪩

Pete Davidson thinks influencers are lame, and brands keep writing them checks anyway.

In a recent Variety interview, Davidson mocked girls “talking to themselves” online and asked how they make $40 million a year. Sophie Rain, who says she makes $45 million a year, fired right back. Then his ex, Olivia O’Brien, called him out too.

Here’s what he missed. Brands don’t pay for fame, they pay for sales, and these women move product. I watched it happen firsthand at StyleCaster, and I heard the exact same question about athletes working with LeBron.

Where his take falls apart:

• He’s a content creator too.
• Different camera, same job.
• Move product and you get paid.

Like Jay-Z said, “I’m not a businessman, I’m a business, man.”

Send this to the creator in your life who’s tired of explaining what they do for a living. 📲

#KimKardashian reveals how she used to scam media outlets to get paparazzi photos — telling the story how she used #BritneySpears fame to make it into headlines.

She pretended to be visiting Britney Spears at a hotel, knowing paparazzi would be there. So would go walk into the hotel, hangout in the lobby, and leave — to make it seem like she hungout with the popstar. Hey at least she’s real about it.
