Your mental and physical well being is the most important aspect of your life. We can not be present for our family, community or selves without it. The number one reason for not having a personal practice is " I don't have time" . I know as a solo mom, working on line and outside my home, keeping up everything seems truly impossible. But... I have learned over the years the first thing in my daily list should be me. Keep it simple. If that means journaling uninterrupted with a coffee, 5 minutes of meditation, 3 sun salutations. Honour yourself before stepping out in a hurried world. As you commit to you, your practice develops into a fluid daily gesture of love. It is not a chore, it's a gift. It doesn't have to be perfect, or long. Start where you are. You may have to get up 30 minutes earlier, but you will feel more energized and grounded as you move through your day.

Fall is a great time to set your intention to make room for yourself. 🍁❤️ letting go of our self limiting beliefs. "Peace begins with me".
