❤️ 9 years married to my favourite person ❤️ I can’t believe how lucky I am every day. To be loved the way he loves me. To be so deeply respected, encouraged, supported, heard, accepted and adored. To be the keeper of the most pure and precious heart. To still get butterflies and heart eyes when I see that smiling face. To raise our wonderful children with the best parent imaginable. To know he will always do what’s right, and care for the world around him. To spend my days in his sunshine. I will never stop feeling lucky and I will never take for granted what we have. @nike @melbmara HALF MARATHON COMPLETED 1:41:41! What an unforgettable experience! From the constant screaming crowd every kilometre the entire way, to the course views, and the finish in the G it was incredible! The sun decided to come out and put up a warm challenge🥵, was aiming for a sub 1:40 but came shy by a minute but probably makes sense with the heat and the extra power fighting for your spot for the first 5km. Ran into the incredible @bdbrown50 along the way! Thanks to everyone for the support it doesn’t go unnoticed at all! Now it’s time to focus on the Mara build for Feb and the final half Mara race of the year in 6 weeks! #run #melbmara #melbourne #marathon #racing

One year on from our very first Power Forward installation, and the results speak for themselves. Before Power Forward, Mansfield FNC was facing annual electricity costs of around $9,000... Fast forward 12 months, and that figure has dropped to just $1,745. That's an incredible 80% reduction in electricity costs, saving the club $7,000 a year! That's money that can go back into keeping the community hub running, as it did over the 2026 Summer Fires when it was used as an emergency facility. We've been working with clubs all around Australia on Power Forward projects - And with a new round of Game On opening in 2027, we're looking to help more clubs Power Forward - Get in touch to make your club next!

•FROCKTOBER• I’m frocking up to show support for ovarian cancer research 🧪👗📚🧑‍🔬 Around 20% of ovarian cancer cases are hereditary, caused by mutations in genes such as BRCA1 or BRCA2. Vital research helps researchers better understand ovarian cancer so crucial developments can be made in diagnosis and treatment, including precision medicine. I had a genetic test for the BRCA gene. My family has a history of breast cancer on both sides, so it was vital for me to be tested. Test results showed I don’t have the BRCA gene. When I did chemo, I wore the bracelet Aila made me, for good luck. Spend a working Saturday with us (from different states). And credit to my mum, who made it possible for us to both work jobs we love on this particular weekend! We so appreciate the help!
