Necessary materials if one is successfully chosen to be a #nikecraftweartester by @tomsachs and @nike. As an engineer I am always required to keep a detailed catalog of notes for my projects, and it would be no different if given the opportunity to test the Mars Yard 2.5. I’m used to destroying Nike SFB boots for my job working in the mountains at abandoned mine sites, would be nice to use that experience to impact products that I use often. I typically go through 1 SFB per investigation/construction season. I also find it helpful to jot down exploratory notes when mentally preparing for tasks, so figured I might as well get a head start if chosen. If not I think I’ll just make my own with last years SFB and some Kg’s Boot Guard and test independently.

Awesome conversation tonight on the Clubhouse app. Some great insight from @tomsachs on his philosophy and design principles. Had the pleasure of getting to chime in and ask a question about form v. function in footwear collaborations as well. #nikecraftweartester
