Redefining what it means to be healthy. Had an incredible afternoon diving into the science of weight management with Novo Nordisk at today's #WhyWeight summit at IMBA. We looked past the scale to focus on what really matters: protecting muscle, understanding the body's long-term needs, and making choices rooted in science. Today’s experience with Novo Nordisk was truly eye-opening, especially learning about food noise and the struggles many people face silently.

Let’s break the stigma and remember that our weight doesn’t define who we are. 🫶🏻✨

It’s been more than a decade since I’ve followed the work of @yipyewchong, then a mural artist largely painting outdoors, sweating under his hat, wiping streaks of raindrops off the walls.. I just loved standing or sitting by the sidewalk watching him. ☀️☔️ So frickin’ proud that he’s now also creating breathtaking work with acrylic on canvas and drawing not just Singapore but the world. He heads to Pakistan next, then India. So hard to catch him these days!

So don’t miss him live painting this weekend. It’s a cosy indoor venue this time at IMBA theatre, Gardens by the Bay. He will be there 12pm-6pm. Admission is free. Watch him complete this amazing artwork on Days 4 & 5! He will finish it by Sunday. YC boleh! 🤙🏼

🖼️ David Hockney: Bigger & Closer

David Hockney adalah seniman Inggris yang dikenal lewat lukisan kolam renang, lanskap, dan eksplorasi perspektifnya. Karya-karyanya ditampilkan melalui proyeksi visual berskala besar, permainan warna, dan musik yang berpadu dengan narasi sang seniman. Pengalaman imersif ini berlangsung sekitar 50 menit, membawa pengunjung melihat dunia melalui sudut pandang Hockney. 🎨✨

🎭 Botero: A Life in Fullness

Pameran ini mengajak pengunjung mengenal Fernando Botero, seniman asal Kolombia yang terkenal dengan gaya Boterismo, yaitu figur dengan bentuk bervolume dan proporsi khas. Lewat proyeksi digital, animasi, musik, dan narasi dari putra sulungnya, pengunjung diajak menyelami perjalanan hidup serta karya-karya ikoniknya. Durasi pengalamannya sekitar 40 menit, dengan visual yang terasa hidup dan cerita yang lebih personal. 🖌️💫

☕️ Setelah puas menikmati pameran, kamu juga bisa mampir ke The Bloomery, kafe bernuansa botani yang menawarkan kopi, matcha, dan minuman lainnya.
